In this second part I am describing the AMD processor for the Sempron and Phenom families. Both are AMD CPUs for desktop computers like the Athlon family I described in the part I.

The AMD Sempron has been designed to offer a more enjoyable experience from computer works. For home or for business works, it is designed with features that enhance the everyday use.
The AMD Sempron boot the computer and loads applications faster and makes the Internet experience more enjoyable especially with streaming videos.
The features on the AMD Sempron are:
- The AMD64 to increase the memory adressability
- Up to 2000 MHz system bus using the Hyper Transport technology
- Up to 256K of high performance's cache memory
- 16 bit/16 bit full duplex system bus
- Enhanced memory controller for DDR2
- The EVP for a better protection against viruses
- The Cool 'N' Quiet energy efficiency that lowers heat and noise
AMD Phenom X3 and AMD Phenom X4
AMD Phenom
The AMD Phenom is the new ultra performance processor with triple and quad cores. The Phenom use the DSDC architecture like the Athlon in part I.
These processors are built with low latency access to memory for incredible system performances. They can do tremendous processing loads in no time.
For serious games or heavy multimedia works, these processors can push your computer to a level of experience never seen before.
The features on the AMD Phenom X3 and AMD Phenom X4 are:
- The AMD64 to increase the memory adressability
- Hyper Transport 3.0 better and faster than before
- Up to 256K of high performance's cache memory
- 2MB of L3 cache memory shared among the cores
- Enhanced memory controller for DDR2
- The EVP for a better protection against viruses
- The Cool 'N' Quiet 2.0 with higher power saving and still lowers heat and noise
